1 Day  Gorilla Tracking Rwanda takes you to volcanoes national park, where the 200 species of endangered mountain gorillas are found, Rwanda has over 10 gorilla habituated families for gorilla tracking safari, the price for gorilla permit Rwanda is $1500 per person per day, and the time spent with the gorilla is limited to 1 hour per group, yet we can spend 2-8 hours in the thick dense forests seeking for the gorillas, when the gorillas are sited you are allowed to keep a distance of 7 meters, this is to avoid chronical disease transmission to these endangered primates.

Detailed Itinerary

On this 1 day Rwanda gorilla tracking tour, you will be picked by our tour guide at 5:00 am from Kigali international airport then drive straight to Volcanoes National Park in the north-western part of Rwanda for a 2hrs drive and arrive on time at 07:00 am at the park headquarters for registration and briefing about Gorilla trekking  rules and behaviors by the park rangers, then we drive to the base of the mountains where trekking starts accompanied by game rangers, porters and other trekkers, thereafter enter into the jungle to search for the endangered mountain gorillas in their mist, once the gorillas are tracked you will be allowed a one hour to stay with the gorillas as you take photographs and videos for an unforgettable experience and later return back to the park office for your awarding gorilla trekking certificate.
